Jane O'Neill has shown work with commercial, artist-run, and nonprofit spaces as well as in academic institutions on the northeast and west coasts of the United States. Since relocating from New York to Los Angeles, she has mounted several solo exhibitions and recently launched her ongoing curatorial project LionEyes.

O’Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and received an MFA in painting from Yale University. Residencies include the Yale Norfolk program and Vermont Studio Center. She has taught at the School of Visual Arts, Pratt Institute, and Whittier College.
